We had over two weeks of weather where temperatures didn’t make it much above freezing. Some days were in the single digits. If this happens again I’d like to take multiple days off work to visit a wider variety of places. One in particular would be Lee Bluff from the other side of the river. The most impressive formations seem to be anywhere you have a significant amount of water dropping from elevation. Something that trickles all the way down will produce a flow that entire distance too. You just can’t get the massive stalactite / stalagmite in open air without enough water.
